Remedial Massage 45 min

To concentrate on a particular area for an extended period of time, a 45-minute remedial massage is ideal. A variety of manual therapy techniques will be used to relieve pain and tension in the targeted area. 

Remedial Massage 1.5H

If you require more than one body area addressed or have a complex and chronic condition, a 90-minute remedial massage session is ideal. The therapist will use a variety of manual therapy techniques to meet your specific needs.  

Remedial Massage 30 min

This session is ideal if you don't have enough time, you are on your lunch break or you have some spare minutes to dedicate to yourself. This session will include a quick assessment and manual techniques on one specific area of your choice.
